It started with my own loneliness on the road. Between 2017 and 2019 I co-founded pop-up coliving houses in Barcelona, Tulum, Tallinn and Bali, hosting 550+ residents from 26 nationalities, most arriving by word of mouth.
Hosting taught me the craft; the industry became the mission. I wrote The Art of Coliving, co-founded Coliving Insights, consulted for 50+ operators and developers, and spent four years as president of Co-Liv, growing it tenfold to 5,000+ professionals in 30+ countries.
Today I work on the money side: helping coliving and rental operators stabilize cash flow, cut financial-operations busywork, and give residents a payment experience that feels 2026.
I hosted the MIPIM Co-Liv Summit in Cannes, the industry's flagship gathering, which grew into Housing Matters! with up to a thousand attendees. Before that came the Co-Liv Summits, the Co-Liv Podcast, and 120+ online webinars and events that connected the industry through the years when it needed it most.
